Shipping and returns

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges on apparel and merchandize.* Items must be returned unused and undamaged within 12 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns require prior authorization. Please email us within the 12 day policy for a return authorization number, which must be marked on the outside of the package being returned. We are not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Please insure all parcels being returned.

* All original artwork sales are final- no refunds or exchanges.

 

SHIPPING

All orders ship via United States Post Office. For all International orders, please contact us via email sales@cobaltbluegraphics.com.

 

If items are available, it will be shipped the next business day. Otherwise it will ship as ready within 2-3 weeks. Special orders may take longer. You will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. A tracking number for your reference will be provided.

* Shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, the Virgin Islands, and Guam will be charged an additional fee.
